| 5. Composite Decking Extrusion Line: | The WPC decking extrusion line is designed to efficiently melt and plasticize wood-plastic granules (or fragments) using a conical twin-screw extruder. It then extrudes them into specialized wood-plastic molds to achieve the desired size and shape. The decreasing barrel diameter, from large to small, ensures not only the thorough mixing of the material but also maintains a stable melt pressure within the mold cavity. This process compresses the wood-plastic material, achieving a final product density of 1.3 g/cm³, thereby ensuring the strength of the end product. The machine is also equipped with a high-speed cooling and calibration table, a stable traction system, and automatic cutting equipment. By changing the mold, the line can produce WPC wall panels, WPC fence panels, and WPC post products. |

Co-extrusion Machine: | To address the deficiencies of inadequate weather resistance and inconsistent coloration resulting from the use of recycled materials, we have integrated a co-extrusion process into the production of wood-plastic composites. The embossing roller is interchangeable, enabling the production of various wooden textures. |

WPC composite decking combine the texture and physical processing properties of wood (cuttable, sawable, strong nail-holding power) with the corrosion resistance of plastics (insect-proof, mildew-proof, waterproof). WPC decking products are widely used in the construction industry.


For instance, in a previous project for a Canadian customer, we provided a turnkey WPC production plant that utilized recycled plastic and PCB recycled fiberglass for the core WPC layer, paired with weather-resistant material for the surface layer. Similarly, in our WPC production project for an Indian client, the customer employed road waste mixed with various colored plastics for the core layer, complemented by an anti-aging co-extruded surface layer featuring custom colors.
