1. Plastic Recycling Machine:	We supply plastic recycling equipment tailored to the customer's raw materials. The entire range of optional functions includes plastic crushing, washing, granulation, and either dewatering or drying.
2. Wood Powder Making Machine:	Depending on the size of the customer's wood material, we can equip various wood powder making equipment, including wood log chipping machines, wood chip crushing machines, wood sawdust grinding machines, and wood powder drying machines.
3. WPC Mixing Machine:	This equipment is designed to precisely mix wood powder, plastic materials, and chemical additives in accordance with customized formulations. We equip it with a high-speed heating mixer to ensure uniform material blending and optimal dispersion of chemical additives, laying a solid foundation for stable production quality.
4. WPC Granulation Machine:	The parallel twin-screw vented extruder, specifically engineered for high-filler wood-plastic composites, efficiently combines wood flour (or other fillers) with plastic. This composite process does more than just mix the materials superficially; it binds and plasticizes the molecules of the plastic and wood flour, ensuring the strength and quality of the final wood-plastic product. Yongte WPC granulation machines provide exceptional gas venting, superior material composite plasticization, high output, and low power consumption.
5. Composite Decking Extrusion Line:	The WPC decking extrusion line is designed to efficiently melt and plasticize wood-plastic granules (or fragments) using a conical twin-screw extruder. It then extrudes them into specialized wood-plastic molds to achieve the desired size and shape. The decreasing barrel diameter, from large to small, ensures not only the thorough mixing of the material but also maintains a stable melt pressure within the mold cavity. This process compresses the wood-plastic material, achieving a final product density of 1.3 g/cm³, thereby ensuring the strength of the end product. The machine is also equipped with a high-speed cooling and calibration table, a stable traction system, and automatic cutting equipment. By changing the mold, the line can produce WPC wall panels, WPC fence panels, and WPC post products.
6. Co-extrusion Machine:	To address the deficiencies of inadequate weather resistance and inconsistent coloration resulting from the use of recycled materials, we have integrated a co-extrusion process into the production of wood-plastic composites. By applying a layer of high-quality modified PE to the surface of the WPC core through co-extrusion, we can produce wood-plastic products with various wood grain colors on their surface, ensuring their suitability for outdoor use for over a decade..
7. Online 3D Embossing Equipment:	To enhance the wood grain appearance and anti-slip properties of WPC decking, we have equipped an online 3D deep embossing machine. This equipment can be installed on the calibration table of the WPC extrusion line, allowing for the creation of a more realistic wood grain effect. The embossing roller is interchangeable, enabling the production of various wooden textures.
8. Sanding and Brushing Machine:	Are you aware of the process behind the wood-like, rough texture on the surface of WPC products? This effect is created using Yongte's specially configured sanding and brushing machines. Depending on the preferred roughness level, we provide a range of sanding and brushing machines with various configurations.

The machine has a strong base made of solid steel plate.	Screw barrels are made from wear-resistant materials.
The machine basic structure is made by solid steel plate which is processed by CNC cutting and polishing to ensure the precision size and balance to support continuously and stably running, the machine frame will not damage even running for more than 20 years. all the touching material/water parts are made by 304 stainless steel to avoid rusty.	The screw and barrel are made by wearing material which is specially designed according to the processed material, such as bimetalic screw and SKD barrel for WPC extruder, WR7 and WR5 wearing material for pelletizer screw and barrel, which can increase the using life to be 1.5-2 times compared with normal one
