In 2024, we engineered a custom PVC compound pelletizing machine for a Polish client, specifically designed to produce PVC masterbatch granules from recycled PVC and CaCO₃ filler. The CaCO₃ filler content can be flexibly adjusted between 40% and 80% to align with the customer’s production specifications. Key components include an automatic feeder, an SJSZ80/156 conical twin-screw extruder (75kW motor with ABB frequency inverter, consuming ~50KW during stable operation), a hot pelletizing die for uniform granule cutting, and a 304 stainless steel three-stage rapid air cooling and conveying system. The machine achieves a production capacity of 300-400 kg/hour and is built for 24/7 continuous operation with zero downtime. Installation was seamless, supported by Yongte’s expert team, who provided end-to-end assistance. Post-installation, on-site training empowered the client’s staff to operate the equipment proficiently, while remote technical support via video guidance ensured prompt resolution of any issues, maintaining uninterrupted production and peak performance.
