Project Core Details

Equipment Model & Configuration: The installed line adopts the SJSZ80/156 conical twin-screw extrusion system, equipped with automatic feeding, vacuum calibration, stable tration, precision cutting, edge trimming, and advanced control system. The line can make max. 900mm width PVC door panels with hollow sections by PVC resin and CaCo3 as filler.
Technical Parameters: The line covers door panel width range of 500mm-900mm, with a production capacity of 300-400kg/h . Powered by 75KW main motor, it features stepless speed regulation and precise temperature control (160-190℃) to ensure stable extrusion and consistent product quality .
Raw Material Adaptability: Optimized for local raw material conditions, the line uses PVC resin, calcium carbonate, and additives as the main inputs, supporting high-filler formulas (30%-50% calcium carbonate addition) to reduce production costs while enhancing product strength .
