The spiral screw feeder is suitable for PVC and WPC compound materials. It is entirely made of 304 stainless steel with seamless welding.
2. SJSZ65/132 Conical Twin Screw Extruder:
Featuring a deep-groove feeding section and a gradual plasticizing section, this extruder provides a stable melt output for wood-plastic materials, ensuring efficient and stable production. It is equipped with a servo motor to save 15-20% power, a vertical gearbox for stable and powerful production, a bimetallic screw and SKD barrel for long-term use, and an automatic temperature control system.
3. Wall Panel Mold:
Manufactured from high-quality 3Cr17 mold steel, this mold features precise zoned temperature control, a modular design for stable shaping dimensions, and quick-positioning pins for easy installation.
4. Calibration and Cooling Table:
Constructed from a single sheet of 304 stainless steel, this table has a reasonable pipeline design. It features overall electric lifting and left-right adjustment, as well as a water system along its entire length. It is suitable for rapid cooling systems, easy to install and maintain, and the water tank is equipped with a filter to prevent contamination.
5. Traction Machine:
High-quality rubber ensures durability, the tire tread surface guarantees traction friction, dual-stage reduction provides sufficient traction torque, and the bird-wing protective cover simplifies operation and maintenance.
6. Cutting Machine:
Featuring automatic fixed-length cutting, 304 stainless steel panel, and fully enclosed dust collection system to reduce dust pollution, this machine is equipped with a servo motor and special material cutting blades for high-speed cutting, avoiding chipping.
7. Electric Control System:
Equipped with ABB inverters, Omron temperature controllers, Siemens contactors, and an optional PLC control system. All contactors and wires in our electrical cabinets are neatly arranged, with wire numbers clearly labeled per standardized protocols. Sufficient clearance between components facilitates easy maintenance by electricians. All auxiliary wiring utilizes quick-connect plugs (eliminating on-site wiring for customers), ensuring operational convenience and safety.

6-meter auto stacker made of stainless steel is available, with an auto robot optional for automatic stacking.
