4. WPC Granulation Machine	Our parallel twin-screw vented extruder is specially engineered for high-filler WPC composites, efficiently combining wood flour (or other fillers) with plastic. Unlike surface mixing, this process achieves molecular-level bonding and plasticization of plastic and wood flour, ensuring the strength and quality of final WPC products. Key advantages include excellent gas venting, superior material plasticization, high output, and low power consumption.
5. WPC Profile Extrusion Line	This line uses a conical twin-screw extruder to efficiently melt and plasticize WPC granules (or fragments), then extrudes them through specialized molds into desired sizes and shapes. The barrel’s tapered design (large to small diameter) ensures optimal material mixing, stable melt pressure in the mold cavity, and compaction of WPC materials (final product density reaches 1.3 g/cm³) for enhanced product strength. Equipped with a high-speed cooling & calibration table, stable traction system, and automatic cutting equipment, the line can produce WPC wall panels, fence panels, and posts by changing molds—realizing multi-product compatibility.
6. Co-extrusion Machine	To address the shortcomings of poor weather resistance and uneven color caused by recycled materials, we integrate a co-extrusion process. By co-extruding a layer of high-quality modified PE on the WPC core, we create various wood grain colors and ensure over 10 years of outdoor service life—greatly expanding the application scope of WPC products.
7. Online 3D Embossing Equipment	Installed on the WPC extrusion line’s calibration table, this equipment delivers realistic 3D wood grain effects and anti-slip performance. Interchangeable embossing rollers allow for customization of different wood textures, enhancing the aesthetic and functional value of WPC products.
8. Sanding and Brushing Machine	This specially configured machine creates the wood-like rough texture on WPC surfaces. We offer multiple configurations to match clients’ desired roughness levels, further optimizing the natural wood appearance of WPC products.

Sturdy Machine Base (Solid Steel Plate) | Wear-Resistant Screw & Barrel	The machine base is crafted from solid steel plate using CNC cutting and polishing to ensure precision dimensions and to provide over 20 years of stable operation (with no structural damage even under continuous use). All parts that come into contact with materials or water are made of 304 stainless steel to prevent rust. The screws and barrels utilize custom wear-resistant materials (bimetallic screws and SKD barrels for WPC extruders; WR7 and WR5 for pelletizers), extending their service life by 1.5 to 2 times compared to standard components.
