Widely used in road subgrade drainage, tunnel & basement blind drainage, slope protection, sponge city, golf course, farmland salt-alkali land improvement, river embankment and landfill leachate collection for water seepage collection and drainage. The compression and resilience performance of rubber foamed permeable pipe allows elastic deformation under soil pressure and recovers its original pore structure after unloading. It is suitable for projects with uneven settlement and cyclic dynamic loads such as road subgrade, slope protection, sports field and sponge city. But it is not recommended for deep burial or long-term high static load conditions due to creep property of foam rubber.

This machine is designed to convert waste rubber tires into fine rubber powder through a systematic process encompassing steel wire extraction, tire cutting, shredding, crushing, powder grinding, and filtration. Leveraging advanced recycling and separation technology, it efficiently segregates steel wire, rubber powder, and fiber from waste rubber tires, achieving a production capacity of 500-600 kg/hour. The processed rubber powder can be directly utilized for manufacturing rubber soaker hoses.

 

2, rubber powder grinding machine (optional)

This machine is engineered for processing recycled rubber flakes into fine rubber powder, featuring a high-speed grinding disk with adjustable blades to ensure uniform particle size. Its integrated cooling system prevents overheating, maintaining consistent powder quality with a grinding capacity of 200-300 kg/hour. This rubber powder grinding machine is essential when using rubber flakes as raw material.

 

3, rubber soaker hose extrusion line

The line integrates advanced extrusion technology to produce high-quality rubber soaker hoses with precise dimensions and uniformly distributed foamed nano pores. Comprising an auto feeder, single-screw extruder, nano pipe mold, rapid cooling tank, stable traction machine, and automatic winding system, it ensures consistent operation and simplified maintenance.
