2. SH75 plastic lumber plank extrusion line is equipped with a parallel twin - screw extruder having a vacuum exhausting system and a force - feeding press. Thus, it can handle mixed crushed plastic materials like film/bag/flakes. By installing a wide - width extrusion mold, calibration table, traction machine, and cutter, this line can manufacture plastic lumber boards with a maximum width of 1200mm and a thickness of up to 50mm. Through vacuum calibration, the product surface is smooth and uniform, and the product length can be cut to any size. The plastic lumber board product is widely used as a panel for desks and tables and can also be cut into small planks.

The large - diameter twin - screw extruder can directly take in the plastic waste, melt it, and then push the material into molds. Therefore, this machine can manufacture solid fence poles/planks in round or square shapes, and the length of the fence pole is determined by the melt mold, usually with a maximum length of 2500mm.

1. Automatic feeder and hopper:
A screw feeder or vacuum suction feeder is optional depending on the material. A drying hopper is equipped to remove moisture.
2. SJ90 Single-screw extruder for melting plastic waste material:
Equipped with a 45KW-75KW servo motor to save 15-20% power, a vertical gearbox for stable and powerful production, a bimetallic screw and SKD barrel for long-term use, and an automatic temperature control system.
3. Lumber profile die head decide the lumber profile size:
The extrusion die is specially designed for using 100% recycled material with a good flow design to ensure sufficient extrusion pressure.
4. Calibrators for forming the lumber shape:
Made of high-quality 3Cr17 mold steel, designed with a fast vacuum calibration system and a 4-6-meter length water cooling tank.
5. Calibration and cooling table for cooling the lumber profile:
Made from a single sheet of 304 stainless steel, featuring a reasonable pipeline design, overall electric lifting and left-right adjustment, and a water system along its entire length. It is suitable for rapid cooling systems, easy to install and maintain, and the water tank is equipped with a filter to prevent contamination.
6. Traction machine for pull off the lumber profile:
High-quality rubber ensures durability, the tire tread surface guarantees traction friction, dual-stage reduction provides sufficient traction torque, and the bird-wing protective cover simplifies operation and maintenance.
7. Cutting machine for length cutting of lumber profile:
Automatic fixed-length cutting, 304 stainless steel panel, fully enclosed dust collection system to reduce dust pollution, equipped with a servo motor, and special material cutting blades for high-speed cutting, avoiding chipping.
8. Electric control system:
Equipped with an ABB inverter, Omron temperature controller, Siemens contractor, and a PLC control system is optional. All contactors and wires in our electrical cabinets are neatly arranged, with wire numbers clearly labeled according to a set pattern. Sufficient clearance between components allows for easy operation by electricians. All auxiliary wiring uses quick-connect plugs (eliminating the need for customer wiring), ensuring convenience and safety.
