WPC decking products manufactured on Yongte's specialized WPC decking co-extrusion machine demonstrate exceptional durability, maintaining structural integrity and aesthetic appeal for over a decade in outdoor environments without succumbing to fading, cracking, or surface degradation.

Yongte strongly recommends WPC manufacturers to equip WPC co-extrusion machine to make high quality WPC products. For instance, in a previous project for a Canadian customer, we provided a turnkey co-extrusion system that utilized recycled plastic and PCB recycled fiberglass for the core WPC layer, paired with weather-resistant material for the surface layer. Similarly, in our WPC production project for an Indian client, the customer employed road waste mixed with various colored plastics for the core layer, complemented by an anti-aging co-extruded surface layer featuring custom colors. Additionally, our Romanian customer has adopted the co-extrusion system to replace traditional single-layer WPC, now offering products with over 10 years of warranty.
