Recently, we have catch several orders for WPC production line, plastic recycling machine, Plastic sheet machine and Plastic pipe production lines. To meet the production needs of new orders, We have carried out upgrade and renovation on its production workshop. The main purpose of this renovation is to provide more test-run space in the workshop to facilitate customer acceptance work.

This state - of - the - art equipment combines precise temperature control modules and special screw setups to perfect the combination of the PVC matrix and wood fibers. Meanwhile, its foaming system guarantees even cell distribution, which improves both the structural strength and heat - insulating characteristics of the finished door frames.

After one week of intensive efforts by Yongte’s professional engineering team, the wood-plastic composite (WPC) production line—customized for its Canadian client—has successfully achieved stable operation at the client’s facility in Quebec.
