Qingdao YONGTE Plastic Machinery completed full on-site trial run, parameter optimization and formal acceptance of a customized turnkey rubber seepage pipe production line for a long-term Indian client. This tailor-made equipment set is designed for the customer’s large-scale agricultural irrigation, landscape drainage and underground water infiltration business. The whole line adopts recycled waste tire rubber as core raw material, producing high-performance microporous rubber seepage pipes with stable water permeability and anti-clogging performance. After multi-round full-process inspection and systematic technical training, the Indian customer fully recognized YONGTE’s equipment quality, precise craftsmanship and one-stop after-sales service, and signed off the equipment acceptance document smoothly.

Before acceptance, YONGTE dispatched a senior technical team to conduct all-round offline and online testing of the whole production line, focusing on three core indicators: equipment continuous operation stability, hourly production output and finished pipe quality consistency.
1. Continuous 72-hour non-stop trial run without shutdown faults; vibration and temperature fluctuation of the extruder host are controlled within the industry top standard.
2. Engineers adjusted foaming ratio, extrusion flow and traction matching parameters repeatedly to solve the customer’s pain points of uneven water seepage and easy pipe blockage in mass production.
3. Random sampling of finished pipes for permeability, tensile strength and anti-aging tests; all test data fully met the Indian local agricultural engineering product standards.
Beyond equipment commissioning, YONGTE delivered systematic, hands-on full-process training tailored to the Indian customer’s operation team, covering all core links:
· Standard startup, shutdown and daily operation procedures of the whole line
· Raw material proportioning, mixing and feeding process specifications
· Real-time parameter adjustment for different pipe specifications
· Daily lubrication, wearing parts replacement and regular fault troubleshooting maintenance
· Rubber seepage pipe post-processing, storage and finished product quality inspection standards
Our technicians adopted on-site demonstration, one-on-one follow-up guidance and independent operation assessment modes. Within 3 working days, the customer’s operators independently completed full-line production without technical assistance, mastering complete production technology and daily maintenance skills.
