PVC Door Manufacturing Machine Successfully Installed in Bangladesh Yongte Machinery Completes Turnkey Installation of Automated PVC Door Production Line in Bangladesh Yongte Machinery, a leading global supplier of plastic processing equipment, is pleased to announce the successful installation, commissioning, and training of a eco-friendly PVC door manufacturing line for a key customer in Bangladesh. This project delivering advanced production capabilities to boost the local construction and building materials industry.

In 2018, we installed a PVC ceiling making machine for our African customer. it offers durability, ease of use/maintenance, saving power and high output. We supported production process formulation, material sourcing in China, and staff training. The machine runs stably, producing high-quality PVC ceilings, with the customer highly satisfied with its performance and our after-sales service.

Installed in 2019 at our African customer’s facility, this machine has run stably for 7+ years, producing high-quality PVC water pipes (200-400mm diameter) with 300-400kg/h capacity. Its cutting-edge extrusion technology meets local demand for cost-effective, durable water infrastructure.

In 2023, Yongte supplied a high automated WPC door making machine to a Russian construction materials manufacturer. The SJSZ92/188 line (400-500 kg/h capacity) produces 1200mm WPC door panels from PVC-wood powder blends, with customized insulation/dust-proofing for Russia's climate. It boosts efficiency and competitiveness, earning customer approval.
