Yongte has successfully installed PVC wall panel extrusion line in China in 2019. The equipment is used for the production of PVC wall panels by PVC resin and CaCo3, with advantages of easy installation and light weight.It features a modular design, allowing for quick and straightforward assembly and disassembly, which significantly reduces installation time and labor costs. This PET recycling extruder, recently sold to a customer in China in 2024, represents a significant advancement in sustainable manufacturing solutions. It is designed to process post-consumer PET bottles and other waste materials, transforming them into high-quality recycled pellets.

In 2020, Yongte has successfully installed a PE thin sheet extrusion machine in China customer’s factory, it is used for making 1000mm width and 0.4-2mm thickness PE thin sheet which is widely used for package industry.

As professional manufacturer for plastic pipe making machine located in China, Yongte has successfully installed 75-160mm MPP Power Pipe Making machine in Haerbin of China. The customer is a power cable supplier in China, and they make this MPP pipe as cable protection pipe.
