In 2023, Yongte secured successful delivery of a highly automated WPC Door Making Machine to a top-tier construction materials manufacturer in Russia. This state-of-the-art production line combines multiple core components to achieve high-performance operation.

Yongte installed an SH75 WPC granulation machine for a customer in Poland with a capacity of 400-500 kg/h. The machine is designed for producing WPC granules from recycled PP/PE plastics and a composition of 70% wood powder. It boasts high automation, ease of operation, low power consumption, and ensures uniform production.

The SJSZ80/156 PVC pelletizer, designed for Polish clients in 2024, is renowned for its high efficiency,high automation, energy saving and durability. It processes recycled PVC and CaCO₃ into PVC masterbatch, with an adjustable CaCO₃ content ranging for 40-80% and production capacity of 300-400 kg/h.

In 2025, we delivered two automatic PE pipe winding machines to an Argentine enterprise. The client needed high-efficiency and high-automation solutions for their expanded high speed PE pipe extrusion lines, ordering one double-station automatic winding machine (15-32mm pipes) and one high-capacity model (20-63mm pipes).
