1. Automatic Feeder and Hopper:	A screw feeder or vacuum suction feeder is optional, depending on the material type. The system includes a drying hopper to remove moisture from raw materials, ensuring stable extrusion quality.
2. Single Screw Extruder:	Equipped with a servo motor (which reduces power consumption by 15-20%), a vertical gearbox for stable and high-torque production, bimetallic screws and SKD barrels for extended service life, and an automatic temperature control system for precise thermal management.
3. Die Head:	The extrusion die is specially engineered for 100% recycled material compatibility, featuring an optimized flow design to maintain sufficient extrusion pressure and uniform material distribution.
4. Calibrators:	Constructed from high-quality 3Cr17 mold steel, featuring a fast vacuum calibration system and a 4-6 meter water cooling tank for precise profile shaping and rapid cooling.

It supports electric height adjustment and left-right alignment, with a full-length water circulation system for rapid cooling. 6. Traction Machine:	High-quality rubber tires ensure long-term durability and sufficient traction friction. Dual-stage reduction gears provide stable traction torque, and the bird-wing protective cover simplifies daily operation and maintenance.
7. Cutting Machine:	automatic fixed-length cutting system with a 304 stainless steel panel and fully enclosed dust collection system to minimize dust pollution. Equipped with a servo motor and specialized cutting blades for high-speed, chip-free cutting of PP profiles.
