Kuwait Wood Pallet Recycling Plant

Yongte designed a highly automated wood pallet recycling plant with double shaft shredding machine for a Kuwaiti customer in 2024. The client, a leading WPC door manufacturer in Kuwait, aimed to recycle industrial wood pallets and utilize the material for producing WPC doors and door profiles. Given Kuwait's high labor costs, the plant was equipped with advanced automation features. The complete system includes a feeding conveyor which can feed 1400mm wood pallet directly, double-shaft shredding machine which can crush the wood pallet into sawdust, discharge conveyor which can move the wood sawdust to packing bag directly, metal separator which can taking out the nail and screws, and electric control system which is easy operation. It can process wood pallets up to 1400mm in size into wood sawdust while automatically removing nails and screws. The resulting wood sawdust is suitable for manufacturing wood powder used in WPC door and door profile production.
