This rubber powder grinding machine is specially designed for processing rubber wastage flakes into 20-40mesh rubber powder with capacity of 400-500kg/hour. the rubber powder then can be used for making rubber irrigation pipe.

The machine features a compact and space saving design, making it easy to install and operate in various workshop settings. Its automatic screw feeder ensures a continuous and consistent supply of rubber wastage flakes, reducing manual labor and improving production efficiency. The high speed grinding system, powered by a 90KW motor, is capable of finely grinding the rubber flakes into the desired 20-40mesh rubber powder with high precision. The shaking filtration system effectively separates the fine rubber powder from larger particles, ensuring the quality of the final product. Additionally, the cyclon system helps to collect and recycle the dust generated during the grinding process, minimizing environmental pollution. The transfering pipes with water cooling system maintain a stable temperature during operation, preventing overheating and ensuring the longevity of the machine. All parts that come into contact with the material are made of 304 stainless steel, which is corrosion resistant and easy to clean, ensuring the hygiene and safety of the production process.
