China Plastic Pelletizing Machine for making masterbatch

Yongte has designed a Plastic Pelletizing Machine for China customer specially for recycling the plastic wastage and mixing with high filler (CaCO3 and fiber material) to make reusable masterbatch pellets. the plastic pellets shall be directly used for making construction profiles for fencing system.

This Plastic pelletizing machine equip with auto screw feeder, 75mm parallel twin screw extrusion system with venting system drived by 110KW motor, fast hot pelletizing system, and air cooling system. It has advantages of high automation, high capacity, easy operation, power saving. It can be used for PP/PE plastic with 70-85% filler, the output capacity can be 500kg/hour.
