Yongte has designed a Plastic Pelletizing Machine for China customer specially for recycling the plastic wastage and mixing with high filler (CaCO3 and fiber material) to make reusable masterbatch pellets. the plastic pellets shall be directly used for making construction profiles for fencing system.

This WPC pipe making machine was custom-developed for a local client seeking to innovate chair manufacturing by replacing bamboo with WPC materials. Initially, the client ordered a four-cavity mold (for 10mm diameter hollow WPC pipes) to validate product feasibility. After Yongte produced test samples for market evaluation, the client proceeded to purchase a complete production line.

Yongte Four-Cavity PVC Profile Extrusion Machine was meticulously installed at the client's facility in China in 2020. Featuring an advanced four-cavity design, the machine enables high-efficiency, precision-calibrated PVC profile extrusion with full automation, effectively meeting the diverse production needs of the construction industry.

In 2025, Yongte installed the SJSZ80/156 CPVC Pipe Extrusion Line in South Africa for producing 75-200mm rigid CPVC pipes with capacity of 250-300 kg/h. We delivered on-site installation, commissioning, and comprehensive operator training to enable independent equipment operation and maintenance, ensuring continuous, efficient production.
