Yongte’s parallel twin-screw extruder for plastic film recycling has officially been put into stable operation in our Africa customer’s factory.this plastic recycling extrusion equipment is specially designed for the recycling of waste plastic films (including PP, PE film and bags materials), integrating advanced technology and practical performance, which perfectly matches the local plastic recycling needs.

Yongte WPC fence column production line is specifically tailored in 2024 to meet the unique requirements of an Indian customer in the plastic recycling industry. The client utilizes plastic waste from soft packaging and household sources as raw materials, which are characterized by inconsistent quality and composition. To address these challenges, we custom-developed a WPC granulation system and extrusion line optimized for such materials, integrating advanced processing features to ensure stable performance and product quality. Through multiple material testing iterations, we refined the production formula and mold design to accommodate the waste feedstock.

Yongte WPC Door Profile Extrusion Line installed in india customer's factory successfully in 2025, and it is operating smoothly with excellent performance for making efficient, reliable, and eco-friendly WPC door profile production solutions. Tailored to India's market demand for solid WPC door jambs over 50mm thick, it integrates foaming technology to reduce weight and cost, along with efficient vacuum calibration and water cooling systems for rapid cooling.
