WPC board (PVC resin + wood powder) is a composite material made from PVC resin and wood powder through extrusion molding. Yongte WPC board production machine utilizes advanced foaming technology, combined with a highly efficient extrusion system and a rapid skinning and calibration system, producing lightweight (density only 0.5-0.8 g/cm³) and high-strength WPC boards (due to rapid surface cooling to form strong skin surface). The core advantages of WPC board are sound insulation, heat preservation, moisture and corrosion resistance, environmental friendliness (formaldehyde-free), and easy of processing and molding, while retaining the durability and low-maintenance characteristics of wood-plastic materials.
