Today, Yongte Machinery successfully finished the full factory acceptance test and trial run of a customized parallel twin-screw plastic recycling extruder tailored exclusively for an African customer. The whole testing process ran stably with excellent operating performance, fully meeting the customer’s on-site production demands for waste plastic recycling and reprocessing, marking another successful delivery of high-efficiency energy-saving recycling equipment from Yongte to the African market.

Following the full completion of factory acceptance testing and trial operation, a complete 4 Cavity plastic profile production line independently developed and manufactured by Yongte has been fully loaded into containers and shipped to Jordan recently, marking another successful overseas delivery of the company’s integrated recycling and profile extrusion equipment solution.

Technical Solution for Solving Unbalanced Extrusion Speed of Four-Cavity Plastic Profile Extrusion Line.After on-site production verification, this optimized design effectively reduces the dimensional tolerance and forming defect rate of four-cavity profiles, improves the overall production stability and production efficiency of the extrusion line, and is suitable for long-term and high-volume standardized production of various plastic profiles.

The common surface quality defects of WPC doors are closely related to raw material formula, auxiliary matching and production process parameters. Yellowing is dominated by thermal oxidation and auxiliary mismatch, streaks are caused by uneven mixing and insufficient plasticization, and brittle cracking is mainly attributed to excessive shear, overhigh temperature and unreasonable filler dosage. Through targeted temperature adjustment, formula optimization, process parameter matching and mixing process upgrading, the above defects can be effectively eliminated, so as to significantly improve the surface quality, mechanical performance and market competitiveness of WPC door products.
