Polyethylene Wax PE Wax
Polyethylene wax (PE wax), also known as polymer wax polyethylene wax for short. It is widely used for its excellent cold resistance, heat resistance, chemical resistance and abrasion resistance. Mainly used for manufacturing masterbatch, granulation, plastic steel, PVC pipe, PVC foam board, plastic profile, cable insulation, injection molding, etc.
OA6 Oxidized Wax
Oxidized wax exhibits exceptional properties including low viscosity, high softening point, and excellent hardness. This non-toxic material features superior thermal stability, minimal high-temperature volatility, and outstanding dispersibility for fillers and pigments. It provides both excellent external lubrication and strong internal lubrication, complemented by a coupling effect that enhances plastic performance,improves processing efficiency, and reduces production costs.
NC Foaming Agent
NC foaming agent is a white powder, an endothermic type with a low initial temperature. When used in conjunction with AC foaming agent, it can achieve a heat-absorbing balance. This combination ensures that the pores of the product are more uniform, and the product exhibits good dispersion. It does not cause pollution, does not corrode the mold, does not dye the product, and does not affect the product's molding speed.
AC Foaming Agent
AC Foaming Agent incorporates a suitable quantity of decomposition activator, which can modulate the foaming process. This ensures that the product's pores are more uniform, offering excellent dispersion without causing pollution. It does not corrode the mold, discolor the product, or impact the product's molding speed.
CPE 135A
CPE135A exhibits excellent flame retardancy and superior low-temperature impact resistance, effectively enhancing the toughness and impact strength of PVC materials. It is widely applied in PVC extrusion machine for manufacturing PVC WPC doors, foam boards, sheets, profiles, pipes, and wires, among other products.
